As a project manager, Carmen draws on a wealth of mechanical engineering and leadership experience honed over 20+ years on EP/EPCM projects. With a results-oriented approach, she seamlessly coordinates client, vendor and partner discipline needs and efforts.

Carmen takes the time to really understand client needs, and works hard to develop work processes that deliver results with energy projects like production and natural gas compression facilities such as oil field facilities, gas well head facilities, gas pipelines, flow stations, oil treatment (desalting and dehydration), production water treatment and gas compression units taking them from conception to design specification to construction, as required to her projects.

Carmen has been involved in broad, international projects related to process and service units such as: amine, sour water stripper, diesel and naphtha hydrotreating, atmospheric crude storage, and potable and effluent water treatment (chlorine & caustic soda). 

Carmen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Simon Bolivar University Caracas – Venezuela.
