Candice’s proven commitment to delivering top quality work, meeting changing client needs, and coaching others makes her a valuable member of the Rangeland team.

As EIC drafting/design lead, Candice manages resource planning and development, provides input to project scheduling and estimating, collaborates with engineering and other disciplines, and ensures adherence to drafting standards and procedures. As a creative problem solver and thoughtful collaborator, Candice works with project management and her colleagues to find resolutions to conflicts, challenges, and obstacles.

With over 20 years of progressive experience in drafting and design in both the energy and commercial sectors, Candice has developed a keen eye for detail, a broad knowledge of industry practices, and the ability to see the big picture, as evidenced in her ability to successfully plan, manage and execute challenging projects. She continually strives to improve on efficiency, presentation, and the value we provide to our clients.

Candice holds a diploma in 2D/3D drafting technology, a Bachelor of Science degree, and a certificate in Human Resources Management.
