Rangeland has introduced an in-house Engineering refresher seminar as the training component to the Company Quality Management system and at the same time to follow the APPEGA mentoring program providing guidance to our engineers in-training. The program has become popular and has been expanded to offer courses to our Clients' technical and project personnel. Emphasis during course presentation is placed on the participants/instructor dialogue regarding code interpretation or resolving project technical matters.
