• Construction site staffing including safety inspection, construction inspection, clerical and procurement.
• Fast track project and construction planning including procurement, expediting, shop inspection, detailed planning with construction and Client Operations.
• Construction and site safety procedures for Clients who do not possess their own.
• Schedule and critical path planning.
• Attendance at weekly construction meeting for detailed planning of on-going construction and shutdowns.
• Punch out checks and acceptance sign-off of site modules.
• Operations training and start-up.
