Project Development Engineering

Rangeland offers project development services including the following:

• Conceptual design of new process facilities including cost benefit analysis of the various options.
• We prepare all levels of capital and operating cost estimates including Approval for Expenditure ( AFE ) estimates for submission to Client management. Estimates include costs for engineering, equipment, construction, commissioning and owner costs.
• Regulatory application preparation.
• Rangeland can function as the Owner's Engineer working in close liaison with the Owner's Marketing Group to assist in the technical and economic evaluations.
• Economic analysis including full life discounted cash flow and present value determination.

We have completed development engineering assignments for cryogenic facilities, storage terminals, fractionation facilities, salt caverns for gas and NGL storage, power co-generation facilities and bio-fuel facilities ( capital range = 50 to 300 $MM)
