The Project Execution Plan is a living document that is re-visited at regular intervals over the life of the Project, to assess actual performance against the plan and where necessary, make the adjustments in performance (or to the Plan should expectations change) to maintain alignment with the Client's expectations.

Project Definition is further detailed in the Design Basis Memorandum (DBM) which summarizes site design conditions, process conditions, product specifications and equipment specifications. Preferably, the DBM is developed by Rangeland and the Client together, which is updated throughout the project and approved by the Client.
Deliverables are defined in the DBM and the Project Execution Plan which details the design criteria, budget and schedule. Rangeland also utilizes a Project Deliverables Log which details the level of engineering required for each discipline.
Project Specifications are derived from Rangeland's extensive data base of design specifications and templates.
Quality Standards are set in the Rangeland Procedure Manuals which define procedures and quality control methodology to maintain a high standard for material and equipment selection. Rangeland is not an ISO rated company, however we adhere to the ISO standards of quality control in design and information traceability.
Safety in Design and Operations is paramount in the execution of projects. We incorporate the Client Operations, Construction, Maintenance and Safety Departments to ensure a high quality of safety and operability in the facilities.
The schedule is prepared and closely monitored throughout the project to ensure startup dates are maintained and also tight shutdown activities are critically analyzed with respect to material delivery and construction. Rangeland often incorporates "fast track methodology" in the execution of projects to meet the Client's commercial opportunities.
Budget development and cost control are an intricate part of Rangeland's project execution. Rangeland utilizes Oracle software for accounting and cost reporting on procurement and overall project cost.
