Description
The facility was designed for packaging 90.0 tons/hr consisted of an aggregate dryer, conveyors, hoppers, mixer, bagging unit and palletizer.
Rangeland completed the detailed design for the electrical power distribution consisting of incoming power supply ( 600 V ) and distribution to 45 motors.
Rangeland completed the control system design, product recipe controls, programming, MMI for status and alarms, operator training and commissioning.
The control system consisted of 500 I/O controlled with 3 X AB SLC5-04's connected by data hi-way, DeviceNet complete with Flex I/O with 3 remote panels plus an RSView Man Machine Interface (MMI) screen for operator interface.
